New H1N1 resource for billing and payment process

The American Medical Association (AMA) has compiled information on the billing and payment process for major national health insurers as well as their coverage policies for the H1N1 influenza vaccine. The comparison sheet contains information on proposed reimbursements from the health insurers as well as state-specific reimbursement information. Additional information, including public health agencies' distribution plans for placement, can be found on the AMA H1N1 micro site at www.amah1n1info.org.
